Identity Theft
Identity theft is a serious matter. As defined by the United States Department of Justice, "Identity theft and identity fraud are terms used to refer to all types of crime in which someone wrongfully obtains and uses another person's personal data in some way that involves fraud or deception, typically for economic gain." Therefore, using another individual's personal data (such as their name or phone number) to receive hits (and thus money) on a site with Google AdSense is technically illegal. This applies to a particular individual who I won't name, but his or her name starts with a "C" and ends in an "orey". Again, I will not name names; however, remember students: "Just Say No to Identity Theft!"
